About Helpers With Heart:
Helpers With Heart is involved in a wide range of activities. We run a small animal sanctuary, supply pantry and TNR program. We focus on improving the lives of animals and people through advocacy, education, and support.
Helpers With Heart gives aid and support to groups of every denomination who offer their services to homeless animals and people. We seek to provide for those in need by meeting the physical needs of animals and people in crisis. This is especially important in that it helps to prevent people from being separated from their pets. Helpers With Heart also gives aid to veterans, fire victims, emergency housing, battered women’s shelters, etc. Through donations, we reduce, recycle, and reuse material items that would normally go to landfills. By doing so, we help those we serve and the environment at the same time!
Helpers With Heart was established in 2019. We are supported ENTIRELY by private donations and receive no government funding. We operate as a non-profit, 501(c) (3) charitable organization based in Orange County, New York. Helpers With Heart is a volunteer based organization and currently does not have any paid employees. Our donations are used effectively and responsibly.
